GRADUATE STUDENT
SHORT BIO
I graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Medical Sciences (Honours) in Microbiology & Immunology and a major in Computer Science. I develop software and manage data for researchers in and outside of the lab. As a proponent of open and FAIR science, I frequently run tutorials on high-performance computing, data management, and open-source scientific software tools.
Using The Virtual Brain, I study how changes in the brain across the adult lifespan relate to cognitive performance. I enjoy looking for ways to make my code faster and more efficient.
When I'm not staring at a computer screen, I'm looking for real-life bugs (not the software ones) and the flowers they inhabit.
